1) Your thoughts (this includes thinking, imagination, beliefs etc);
2) Your spoken words (what you verbalize aloud) and
3) Your actions (deeds)
When two of these factors are aligned in a particular direction the third one always tries to align itself in that direction, for example if you have fearful thoughts and say words filled with fear your actions will be that of fear.
